Business Intelligence Delivery This is a natural progression from the Proof of Concept service that offers the following either as a fixed price or on a time and materials basis as per the SFIA rate card;
- A tailored project management approach which will help deliver data modelling and Bi components
- An implementation project which will ensure the chosen BI software is setup on the cloud platform and ready to support users. Template reports and dashboards will be created to kick start the self-service user community
- All required data will be migrated to the platform to support the BI solution.
